WNEM5: Woman shaves head for charity after coworker is diagnosed with breast cancer

WNEM5 recently covered the story of Melanie Duke, who donated "every last inch" of her hair to Maggie's Wigs 4 Kids of Michigan. Melanie decided to donate her hair after three important people in her life were diagnosed with cancer in three years, including one of her coworkers. After growing her hair out for two years, Melanie shaved her head completely to donate her hair. Thank you to Melanie and her coworkers at Member First Credit Union who raised $400 in addition to Melanie's hair donation!
