O.A.T.S. Offering Alternative Therapy with Smiles changes lives through the healing power of horses. Their Center is located on 40 beautiful acres in Ortonville, Michigan and focuses on promoting the health, well-being and happiness of individuals, including disabled children and veterans. Their program has recently expanded to encompass therapeutic gardening activities.
Maggie's Wigs 4 Kids of Michigan, Inc is also experiencing a period of growth and with our focus on sustainability, we have found it necessary to incorporate an onsite storage facility, so we have more wigs for the children to select from and supplies to help us achieve our mission.
Thanks to the Lions Clubs of Michigan who built such a beautiful garden structure, O.A.T.S. was able to receive our raised therapy garden to further their goals. We are pleased that it will continue to live on and service children & adults in need! We will be utilizing the space where the garden was for our new storage facility.
