Alice Ricci first came to Go Green Salon inside our Wellness Center when she was diagnosed with cancer and needed a wig. As an adult going through treatment, she saw children who were facing the same health challenge and wanted to make their journey a little easier. Knowing firsthand the difference a wig can make for a person's self-esteem, she began making contributions to Maggie's Wigs 4 Kids of Michigan by purchasing stars on our galaxy wall. The funds she raised will help us DOUBLE the amount of children we currently serve in a forever home for our program. Her daughter lives out of state and was inspired to donate her hair in honor of her mother. She then did a fundraiser to support the kids too! Alice and her family are simply amazing!
