Our wig recipient Lea is 13 years old and bravely navigating cancer. She has support from family, friends & community, and she finds joy in sports & art when she's well enough to participate. Lea shows great strength & courage while facing her health challenge, yet there are times where she feels sad or scared - this is where our VR 4 Kids Program comes in. By taking a VR headset home and to the hospital, Lea now has a resource to help her with meditation & relaxation during difficult moments. Our heartfelt thanks to XR Impact Network and the extensive VR partners who help our kids find coping mechanisms that make their journeys a little easier.
