Civic Center TV focusing on West Bloomfield, MI and its surrounding areas has provided media coverage of the annual Pigs 4 Wigs campaign that is hosted during No-Shave November to benefit Maggie's Wigs 4 Kids of Michigan. Local police departments raise awareness and funds by growing out their facial hair as a break from dress code.
