Wigs
4 Kids is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that
reaches out to kids and young adults with hair loss. This
program is available to any child or teen through age
18 in Michigan.
Wigs 4 Kids
main focus is on cancer patients and includes other young
people with similar appearance related challenges that
cause hair loss such as:, alopecia, trichotillomania,
lupus, hydrocephalus, burns and other disorders.
Wigs 4 Kids
helps children who struggle to deal with social acceptance
because of physical appearance. By providing custom-fitted,
age-appropriate wigs which are individually cut and styled,
we help our kids feel better about their appearance and
look more like their peers.
Wigs
4 Kids provides custom cut and styled wigs and services at no cost to
kids and their families and accepts donations from caring
individuals, companies and organizations. Wigs 4
Kids is funded solely on the basis of contributions.
Any financial support received presents a greater opportunity
to help kids in need of our assistance.
Wigs 4 Kids Wellness Center & Salon is committed to contributing to a healthier environment. We use recycled paper and soy-based ink cartridges for all of our printed products.
